why don't you bake gluten-free cupcakes?

Due to the concern of cross-contamination with our other baked products, we do not have plans for a gluten-free cake.  We do offer several buttercreams that are gluten-free. Feel free to bring in your favorite gluten-free treat and top it with a chocolate, vanilla or mint buttercup.
