Same-day orders are currently limited to a maximum of 3 dozen cupcakes. For larger orders please provide at least 48 hours notice and we will have your order ready when you arrive.

You are welcome to order any combination of the flavors offered the week your order is filled, however featured and seasonal flavors not offered on the week of your order are, unfortunately, not available.

Larger than those you would make at home but smaller than a jumbo-sized cupcake (we think they're just about perfect).

As with all baked products, our cupcakes and cookies are best when consumed the day of purchase. If you are serving them the day they are picked up, they may be stored at room temperature. Our sweet treats can be frozen for up to three days. Remove them from the freezer 3 - 6 hours before serving to allow them to return to room temperature. We do not recommend refrigerating.

Yes. We have a variety of towers for rent.

The Cupcakery will happily deliver a large order (10 dozen cupcakes or more) for a fee of fifty dollars to destinations within the Knoxville area. Please call for specifics.

We offer cupcake toppers made from fondant icing in a variety of themed shapes. Toppers can be customized with monograms, numbers, etc. for your event.

Of course! Unfrosted cupcakes are available for sale as are small "buttercups" of any of our delicious made-from-scratch buttercreams.

We believe that the flavor combinations offered at The Cupcakery are the best possible pairing. As noted above, you are always welcome to purchase an unfrosted cupcake and a buttercup of your choice.

Our current occupancy limit is 15 (and that includes our friendly Cupcakery staff). Seating for 10 is available.

Yes. We regularly support several local and national non-profit organizations. We are proud to offer our community cup each month which benefits a local charity. One dollar from each community cupcake sold that month goes to the given charity. In addition, we receive a large number of donation requests per month. We are proud to provide small donations on a first-come, first-served basis. All donation requests should be made in writing. If we are able to accommodate your request, you will receive written confirmation. Please bring that confirmation letter with you when you come to pick up the provided donation.

All of our baked products contain: wheat, soy, dairy, and sugar. A selection of our from scratch buttercreams are gluten free.

No. One of our classic flavors contains peanut butter and we use various other nuts in special cupcakes throughout the year. All of our buttercream contains almond derivatives.

The Cupcakery is available for private events during limited hours and with limited seating capability. We are able to accommodate children's birthday parties of up to 6 children.
