TURKEY CREEK's Story

The decision to open a second shop was a natural one for Scott and Meredith Layton. After looking for more than two years for just the right spot in Knoxville’s Turkey Creek area, they were thrilled to find their newest location in the fall of 2010. To the delight of area cupcake lovers, Scott and Meredith opened Turkey Creek’s first cupcake shop in December, making this the fifth store in The Cup family.

Turkey Creek is recognized for some of the area’s most exclusive shopping. With national brands side-by-side to independent boutiques, it is the ideal destination for retail enthusiasts like The Cup's own Beth Fannon. Beth’s focus on excellence, and her degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, makes her the perfect choice to manage the Turkey Creek Cup location. The fact that she can finish off each day by shopping for the perfect handbag just sweetens the deal.
